Before purchasing tickets, here are a few key things to consider:

1) If you use PayPal to buy your tickets, you will receive an automated e-mail confirmation from PayPal with
a transaction number. If you do not get a response from PayPal then your transaction did not go through.
Note - You don't need a PayPal account to use this feature.

2) No actual "tickets" will be sent to you. Once you pay, your name and the names of your guests you
provide will be registered (make sure you add any guest names in the NOTES section). Just show up at
the door on March 8th and check in at the registration table. It's that easy!

3) Advanced ticket sales only! Tickets will not be available at the door.

4) If you'd prefer not to use PayPal to complete your purchase you can contact Lee Bostic via phone at

By purchasing a Patron Ticket you or some special to you is recognized in the Banquet Program as a Patron. This a great way to honor a lost loved one or hunting partner or promote your business. In addition to being listed as Banquet Patron, you will select one of the following ticket options:

MBS is seeking corporate and individual sponsors for our banquet. If you or your business would like to join MBS in Protecting and Promoting Bowhunting here in MD, please consider one of our 2025 MBS Banquet Sponsorship Packages below.

Platinum Level Sponsorship is $5,000.00 or more. Sponsors will receive a reserved table of ten to include renewed or new membership for your guests. Platinum Sponsorship will also entitle you to a half page ad in our club newsletter, Rubs & Scrapes for 2025. You or your company will also be prominently mentioned in our 2025 Banquet Program. Platinum sponsors are also entitled to a 8' display table or retail booth.

Gold Level Sponsorship is $2500 and Gold sponsors will get a reserved table of ten for their guests, a quarter page sized ad for 2025 in our club newsletter, Rubs & Scrapes and a prominent ad in our 20245 Banquet Program. Gold sponsors are also entitled to a 8' display table or retail booth.

Silver Level Sponsorship package is $1,000. Sponsors will get a table of ten for their guests, and an eighth page ad in our newsletter Rubs & Scrapes for 2025 and mention in the 2025 MBS Banquet Program.
